Registration
Registration will be available from 17 February 2026.
Presenters are advised to register before 26 March.
Registration closes 5 May 2026.
Fees
Registration Policy
To receive the corresponding certificate, participants must complete their registration and be a current member of AELINCO. Please note that all co-authors of each proposal must register and pay the AELINCO membership fee. All registered authors will receive a certificate of presentation. At least one of the authors must present the communication in person.
Invoicing
The registration platform provides invoices according to the selected payment method:
1. Credit/Debit Card Payment
Upon completion of the transaction, the system will automatically generate the official invoice, which can be downloaded immediately.
Important: Please follow the platform’s instructions strictly to ensure the document is issued correctly.
Correction of errors: Any discrepancies or errors detected in the generated invoice must be reported to veronica.novella@fuam.uam.es within a maximum of 48 hours.
2. Bank Transfer
If you choose this method, the system will allow you to download a pro-forma invoice upon completing the registration process.
Final Invoice: The final document will be available for download once the technical secretariat has confirmed receipt of funds. This process may take several business days.
Payment Identification: It is essential to complete the transfer following the provided instructions and including the assigned identification code. This code is the only means to locate and validate each participant’s payment.
