Telematic Applications of Linguistic Engineering

PROJECT SUMMARY

This project is being carried out within Subprogram for Telematic Applications of CICYT. The objective of the project is to supply linguistic engineering services, such as spell checking, grammar checking, and information retrieval , through an in tegrated system of telecommunications. The newspaper El Pais is participating in the project as a user of the system. The project is led by the Natural Language Processing Group of the School of Telecommunications Engineering of UPM, and participating in the project as a linguist is Antonio Moreno.
